D'Oyly Reserve Walk

Click map to enlarge. This is a short basic walk but can be extended to Brookvale Park or to Stanmore Bay. Park near the entrance to the reserve on D'Oyly Drive or in Brookvale Park Drive and walk alongside the stream to Brightside Road. There are parallel paths on this narrow reserve so we can go back to the cars a slightly different way. 

The reserve is notable because it is a renaturalised stream which could have been beautiful but has been left to go to seed. Despite this it has its own charm. 

One option is to have coffee at the LG Cafe on Beverley Road opposite New World and then walk back to the cars.
