Schischka Road Wenderholm

This is a short walk (click map to expand) that can easily be extended with a detour onto the nearby Vin's or Perimeter Tracks.

We start at the stand of plane trees a little way into the park and follow the river's edge to the historic Schischka House. From there, we pass beneath overhanging pōhutukawa draped with epiphytes and return along the road under the curious gaze of sheep and cattle.
